Bad customer service and never paid our mechanics! Third party group takes the money and doesn’t pay the guys who fixed the trucks!
Fortunately I’ve never had any business transactions with this group, however they DO come in to my restaurant regularly. Every time they visit, they run up sizable tabs, and tip incredibly poorly for the excellent service we provide to them. I didn’t realize that Dickinson Fleet employees view the service so industry so poorly that they expect their servers to pay for their meals for them, considering we are taxed and deducted on what they do decide to leave us.
