RecommendedThe vets and staff were amazing. I had a big baby who had to come in and get another leg surgery and these doctors fixed all the previous vets mistakes! he is like a big puppy again running and jumping. i am so thankful for this vet and staff. they truly made him himself again! THANK YOU from my kids who have their best friend back to himself! highly recommend this office!

Never returns calls, uses the excuse of staff being in emergency appointments all day. I have called multiple times today asking for key information in diagnosing our sick dog. Each time, I was told I would get a return call and it’s been hours later and nothing. No urgency or compassion whatsoever . Our pet is extremely important to us and the no response is extremely unprofessional. We will never return to this practice and won’t be making any recommendations for our friends and family to either.

Our team, who is one of the most compassionate groups of people, has been working extremely hard to take care of all of our pets that are in our care and unfortunately at times, phone messages are having to be returned after hours unless your pet is currently in our hospital or here for an appointment. RecommendedBest vet hospital ever! Over a year ago they saved my Casper from needing major surgery when another vet couldn't, and have helped me to manage his severe case of Megacolon with diet and the right combo of meds. I thought we were gonna lose him, but Dr Honeycutt and the rest of the staff at Dickinson Animal Hospital & Pet Wellness Center took such good care of him as well as being so kind to his pet parents. RecommendedI love this center. The staff treats my girl as if she was their own. They are always friendly, accomodating and quick. The vets take time to explain the treatment. And, they patiently answer questions and address my concerns. I especially love how my girls records are available 24/7 thru their portal.
RecommendedDickinson Animal Hospital has the friendliest staff. They took every Covid precaution while checking our dog in, took their time with him and answered all of our questions. i am very happy to find this place.
