So I give a bad review on your receptionist and you delete it. Maybe its the receptionist that reads these and responds so shame on you for deleted my review so you don't look bad.
Never had a problem with the vets. Who ever answers the phone today has an attitude. Not friendly, I really never got my questions answered, she kept cutting me off. So I hung up. Very disappointed! Called back to get my pets records and she only sent me one, never received anything for my second pet. Don't want to leave but I felt like don't have a choice. Need a new receptionist before you lose more clients.
