I rarely give review. I hired them to rent my property. They spent months and couldn’t find a potential tenant. Also, very slow and lazy on things to follow up. Don’t hire them as your rental agent. I repeat find someone else to list your property for rent.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. In the beginning, everything seemed fine. My boyfriend, his mother, and I applied and were accepted for an apartment at a reasonable price in a decent neighborhood. We were told that certain damages would be repaired before move-in. Unfortunately, when we arrived to move in, the repairs had not been completed. There were holes in the sunroom windows, and within minutes of sitting down, a wasp flew in due to a large crack. I reached out to dickies property management several times about issues regarding a property they manage. Broken gutters that were pouring over, broken glass in the backyard, overgrown bushes that took over the gas meters. I never heard back once. I also heard from unhappy tenants that things weren’t getting fixed / handled and the tenants had to do everything themselves.
