I contacted Dickey's and described the problem I was having with my Jeep Wrangler. Just from my description, he had it narrowed down to two or three problems, and when I pulled up to his garage, he heard the sound and knew what it was right away. He was up front about the cost and said it would be done the following Monday. He communicated with a video sent via text, showcasing the problems he found during inspection. Had my Prius towed on a Friday. Anthony handled the drop off with the tow guy and had my car ready for pickup the next Monday. Super honest guy and gives a great deal on labor. Had my spark plugs and coils replaced for a very reasonable price. He gets parts fast too. He’s my main mechanic and I appreciate all the work he’s put in for me.
