Don't know what happened to Dickey, their food quality, quantity and services have been at its worst. Portions are small, sides are small, even the condiments are no longer available to get. BBQ sauce in a tiny to go cup for a 3 meat plate that cost more than $24? And to get beef you must pay extra, as well as jalapeño. Youve gotta be kidding. I'm surprised this place is still in business. Tenders is the place to go to now.
If you love extremely greasy foods then this is most definitely the place for you! My BBQ sandwich was simply full of grease. It had absolutely no flavor at all. The BBQ SAUCE DID enhanced the BBQ meat on the sandwich. HOWEVER, No one was at the restaurant when I arrived... It was complete silence and empty. Would I return... No thanks!
WORST BBQ EVER!! I wish I could give 0 stars. I wouldn't even call this BBQ. Brisket and chicken are both so dry, flavorless, bland, no smoke ring, no bark, no seasoning, no moisture whatsoever, no flavor. Tasted like boiled meat. The mac and cheese tasted watery, and had 0 seasoning. The "brioche bun" I asked for was a tiny little dinner roll, not a bun. I got no Texas toast with my meal.
