Dickies BBQ in general, at one time, was a decent place to grab a quick BBQ dinner at a reasonable price. Now I'm not sure how they stay in business. Now they're just fast food BBQ, and not good at that. Never again.
Food was amazing and kind staff
I visited the Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Little Elm, Texas, around 1 PM during lunchtime. When I walked in, I initially thought I was the only person there because no one came to assist me for about five minutes. Eventually, I noticed an employee asleep in the bar area. After waking him, he eventually took my order, but the whole situation felt unprofessional. Ordered food for pick up, arrived and no one is working the counter or to be seen. Arrived and I saw a drink wasn't with the order so I asked for my drink with the western combo I ordered but he said there is no drink with the sandwich combo. I specifically remember selecting a drink but he said it's not on the receipt so I don't get one. Here is a screen shot of the dickeys app and what all is included with the western combo.
