(now closed) Caring people that remember your order and can chew the bull with ya a bit. Tasty, reliable food and I'm thrilled they're staying open for COVID19.
The sides are pretty typical of "fast food bbq", nothing too special but not bad. The meat on the other hand seems to be very hit or miss. Sometimes it's DRY and sometimes it's okay. But if you're looking for convenience that's what you get sometimes.
So after coming in for the brisket, and asking for a refund due to the meat being tougher than expired beef jerky, the manager yelled at me telling no. I gave them the food back after taking two bites. These people are going to close down at this rate.
Food was decent overall. Flavor of the brisket was good, but the bark was overdeveloped, the meat was overcooked, and either they're using select or low end choice grade brisket, or they smoked it a bit too long, or maybe both and it's all flat meat that is being served. Either way, I had to disassemble my sandwich and heat up my brisket in salt brine in the microwave to save it.
