I am disappointed in you, Dickie’s barbecue. Is this what you sell to people using GrubHub? $25 meal full of burnt food. First and last time. Update: Company never made good on replacing my food. They never responded to my email.
For me, it is a great place to have lunch.
We have orders Dickeys numerous times. The past few times I noticed portions were smaller. This time there was hardly any brisket and what was there was dry burnt and faty. I ordered 2 meals with brisket and both were that way. The baked potato did NOT have the extra butter, or cheese on it yet I paid for it. I did ask for no green onions and of course I got extra green onions. The texas toast was just regular toasted bread with garlic salt on it, not even thick bread. That definitely was the first for that.
I just went in to get my green beans that I love from there and they are always wonderful. However, the date that I was there, they were waiting on a truck delivery and they were out of everything.. only one other couple was in the restaurant and they ask for utensils and there were none
