Myself and my son came here to try it out. The chicken was very dry. This place sucks and will never be back again. The atmosphere was dull..
wanted to get a pound of brisket and paid for it on the app but when i got there they told me they ran out after i already paid (why would you not set aside the amount i paid for?), so i got a pound of chicken instead but there is a $6 difference from a pound of chicken vs a pound of brisket so i lost $6 on food i paid for, then got home and saw they didn't give me my fries, never coming back : )
Ordered through UberEats. First time trying the place. Wanted to get a great Father’s Day meal. Never again. Was supposed to get sliced and chopped brisket and ended up with brisket and chopped chicken (which was terribly dry), the slaw was a bit dry, the brisket sandwich was tiny for $18 and had a small portion of fries. Ordered a big yellow cup drink since the 2 meat plate didn’t come with one. It was $5 for this??? Spent $62 for this. The okra was great but we will never eat here again. Shame because we had high hopes.
It's under new ownership and now has table service. We were greeted by the owner immediately upon entering the restaurant. The meal was one of the best bbqs I've had in a long while. The meat was cooked perfectly.
