Had them cater at birthday party July 25th- The delivery guy was friendly, on time. The food was hot and delicious.

Ordered online for delivery. I was messaged that the order was delivered, it was not. I received nothing. I called the store and spoke to two different people only to be told they could not help me that I had to call customer service. Customer service ask you to leave a message and they will return your call within 48 hrs. What a joke! I was just robbed by Dickeys.
These were the best ribs I have ever had in my life - very moist and meaty. Staff was charming
