Ordered food online and payed for it ahead of time. Showed up to the restaurant and it was closed for business. I can’t find any working number that can connect me to a person to get refunded. Something is seriously wrong when you are processing someone’s payment when your business is no longer in business.

At the time of my visit, the fountain drink machine wasn't working, the online order machine wasn't working, the prices that were listed on the menu were not correct, there were only two sides available, the machine to pay wouldn't accept gift cards, and the ice cream machine didn't work. There were so many things wrong with this place that I doubt it will be open much longer. I used to go to this place 3 times a week. Now, I'll never go back.
