I’m visiting from out of state and wanted to try some local BBQ, so I decided to give Dickey’s Barbecue Pit a shot. I was excited enough to even grab one of the yellow souvenir cups just to say I’d been here, but unfortunately, that ended up being the highlight of the experience. Atmosphere and food is good. Pricing is ok. Service isn't too great but you could definitely come here to try the food
Food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered doordash so excited for the meal. It was so tiny for 30$ for starters for two. I have never tasted meat so dry and flavorless. I am so disappointed by my experience here
We decided to try this place for the first time after reading reviews online. When we walked in, there were no customers, and it didn’t seem like many had been there recently. The place also looked a bit unclean. We went up to the counter where two young men were working.
