BBQ is an amazing surprise. Close to my job for lunch and soon to become a dangerous addiction.
I have never had brisket as tough, dry and flavorless. I couldn’t even cut it without a steak knife. Finally just gave up and tossed the rest. The only reason it’s not one star is because the sides were pretty good.
Great bbq option for parties and events. Easy to order online and the meats are reliably very good to excellent.
