I ordered door dash which was great service. The food at Dickeys ok but I feel like they are skimping. The quality bad the service bad. Once I ordered a baked potato brisket , guess what no brisket. I have a photo. Please make a change.
If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would. Extremely disappointed with Dickey's. My fiancé and I stopped in about three months ago to book catering and serving staff for our wedding. I placed an online order for two large sides for dinner, and the website allowed me to complete the purchase without any indication that large side orders had to be placed a day in advance. A short time later, I received a call from Dickey’s telling me they couldn’t fulfill the order because it needed to be placed a day ahead. Ordered a pulled brisket lean, received over have of my sandwich with strait fat , no napkins ,and asking for a tip before I even pay for my mean.. nope. Not ok ..I had to go back and ask for it male correctly.of I'm getting charged for a 10 $ sandwich I expected it right. On top of that a cold bun and barely warm meat.fresh I give them that.. wanna use the excuse for are toaster don't work..what's up with fast food thinking it's ok not to inform the customer of something and let them choose.... Not happy.
Worst service, would not recommend, foods was not ready they substitute for others that I didn't not order online.
