Man, the place is awesome. I would definitely guarantee if you're in the neighborhood to stop by and get yourself some barbecue. The atmosphere was a plus everything was right on the money. Thank you very much. And the barbecue was badass!
I was next in line and all of sudden they were out of everything. No fountain drink too .
Place an order on DoorDash and then found out that they didn’t have any of the meat for our meals so I did not only catch it through. Cancel it through DoorDash but then when I talked to the store, you know there should be a way to notify people on DoorDash when you don’t have meats available something cause this is Good customer service at all. This was my first time to order from Dickie’s bbq And it’s 5:30 PM if you think I’m gonna do it again you’re out of your mind.
On Sundays, they are out of everything with a bare bones crew
They are constantly running out of brisket and baked potatoes by 5:00. If you are a senior, it seems you have to constantly remind them to give you the discount. Not at all friendly when taking and giving orders. Sometimes they really skimp on the meat for your baked potato. I haven't figured out how much you should be given. I would gladly tip well if their service was better.
