This was a disappointing experience all the way around. Their digital menu screen for food is broken making it hard to order. The order process took forever because the person entering the order had to restart the order several times to get the order correct. Some of the food was fine, but the baked potato was not fully cooked and it was cool in the middle. There was no ranch at the side station and the ranch they provided from the counter was warm. The ice cream machine was broken. Overall, just a subpar dinner.
Just ordered the meat potatoes and they sucked. Not sure what happened, but the quality is NOT there. The potatoes used to be so good - cheesy, saucy and sprinkled with green onions, pickles and jalapenos. Today, they looked like leftovers and were so dry. Chopped brisket had no flavor. Hardly any butter and cheese. Greatly disappointed for the price. Disgusting.
I feel like this place is in disrepair and in need of a corporate overhaul. Possibly need new management. Went in 7pm on a Tuesday and the place was a mess and AC broken. Food was all dried out gross in appearance. Bathrooms were disgusting. Same guy cutting had to run the register. Found it also odd that he was scraping off the bark on the meat.

The part that stood out most was my experience with Tim. I bugged him with a bunch of requests and he never made me feel bad about it or like I was bothering him. He went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had a great experience. My kids inhaled the Mac and cheese
