The restaurant was disgusting. Service wasn’t good. Food wasn’t done all the way. Very disappointed‼️‼️

They didnt fullfill my order and kept my money. The management Robert does not deserve the title, terrible customer service. He first apologized said he could refund me half of my money. When I said I wanted my full amount he said ok. Then he called back and tried to put the blame on the Delivery driver which was not the case since I spoke with her, she cried and told me they only gave her one bag. I watched her pull out one bag for her warmer bag. Dickeys BBQ stole my Money and didnt refund me for what they missed.

We ordered through a 3rd party delivery company, and were missing an item when our order arrived. Upon calling Dickey's, the manager first apologized and asked if we wanted a refund of 50% of the item. No thank you, just a full refund of the $5.95 item we didn't receive. He agreed and hung up. RecommendedI come to this location quite often and have to say that I am treated with Great respect and all the employees have a good attitude! The manager is always going above and beyond and I will keep coming back and recommending it to others! Dickeys barbecue in Turkey Creek!

Rude customer service. Employees had smart remarks that weren’t appreciated. We didn’t even order any food. We just walked out.
