hire some adults! kids very rude
Ordered food online tonight (I have a high risk family member so we try to limit exposure to others still as much as possible). Arrived 15 minutes later, ordering service indicated that my order wasn’t ready yet. I waited in my car for another 20 minutes until the service indicated it was ready, put on my mask and headed inside thinking I’d be there 5 minutes tops. Nope, my order hadn’t even been started. Unbelievably bad service and after waiting 45 minutes, many food items left out of order!! The manager was being incredibly rude to customers and staff were receiving no direction for handling a very busy evening. I web-ordered and paid at noon for a 6pm pick up and my order hadn't even been looked at by 6:40. All 3 sides that came with our meal were left out as well as rolls. Order through doordash but received someone else’s order. Dickies would not redeliver the correct order. So I had to demand a full refund through doordash. I would not recommend them for doordash.
