was parked, ready to go in, employees not wearing masks, customers in store.
Ordered food online tonight (I have a high risk family member so we try to limit exposure to others still as much as possible). Arrived 15 minutes later, ordering service indicated that my order wasn’t ready yet. I waited in my car for another 20 minutes until the service indicated it was ready, put on my mask and headed inside thinking I’d be there 5 minutes tops. Nope, my order hadn’t even been started. Not only that but customers who came in behind me left with their order (placed at the counter) before mine was started. ... read more
Ordered a delivery order and it was very disappointing. The baked beans were not put into a separate container and was all over all the other food in the container by the time we received it, The rolls were not there signature rolls but more like store bought dinner rolls and the meat was also very dry. I have enjoyed eating here before but don't think I will be getting it again any time soon.
RecommendedHad a great take out Family meal Sat., with some extra adds, but no rolls or sauce when we got home with our nearly $100 take out order! Glad we had hamburger buns at home. It was even a slow day, I was the only one there...
worst service! as other reviews stated... currently sitting in my truck waiting over half an hour for an online order with a 11month old tired baby go in to pick it up after seeing them.sitting on their phones as im waiting and they have yet to start the order. They straight up told my bf that "he wasnt in here so they didnt start it!"... like, what? we ordered online for pickup and in doing so select a time for pickup so why am i watching others online orders coming and going?! this has happened twice now. wont be back.
WORST SERVICE EVER ... Jeremy forgot half of my order an when i called back he was cussing at me an yelling. so i got back in my car an drove done there when i got there i asked for a refund they refused to refund my money an called the cops on me worst place to ever eat in bonneylake....
This is why I don’t come to these places. It’s NOT real bbq!!! We will NOT be back!
RecommendedTried this place for the 1st time last night and our only disappointment is that we waited over a year to come in here! Excellent flavors, super friendly staff, quick service, clean place, great daily deals. 10/10 imo.
RecommendedI had dinner here for the first time this evening. It was a taste of Texas here in Washington state. — with Billy Barrows.
