Just had a nice leisure lunch. Owner and staff very hospitable.
:) You would have to be a part of the closing crue tonight to understand, but THIS Dickey's has been voted by their customers the BEST in Tennessee !!! ( marketing )

As the second in line we waited for 15 minutes for the cranky guy behind the counter to fill the order in front of us. As we stepped up to be waited on he informed us that it was going to be a while before he could wait on us because he had to fill some online orders. WHAT??!!! Won't be going back there. It's bad PR to ignore those who choose to visit your establishment. :(
