Love this place , NOT THIS LOCATION. Had a hard time ordering onlineso I called. Ordered the XL Pack and a kids meal. They forgot the kids meal!!! Didn't get pickles and onions, whatever, BUT THE KIDS MEAL?!! COM'ON NOW!! So I call and was put on hold. 15 minutes on hold before I hung up and tried to call back. Only to receive " can not be completed as dialed or the line is busy" it was 6:58pm when I first called it's now 7:30pm and line is still not going through!!! I'm a big fan of this franchise JUST NOT THIS LOCATION!
Unbelievably bad service and after waiting 45 minutes, many food items left out of order!! The manager was being incredibly rude to customers and staff were receiving no direction for handling a very busy evening. I web-ordered and paid at noon for a 6pm pick up and my order hadn't even been looked at by 6:40. All 3 sides that came with our meal were left out as well as rolls. this place sucks , food must be cooked elsewhere , then warmed up there
We were in the area and felt like bbq for lunch. We live almost an hour away, so we didn't know where to go eat. My wife looked up places on her phone and we found this place. Once we got there, we almost left because it just looked like another fast food joint. But, we decided to give it a try. We loved the food. To top it off, it was Sunday and the kids meals were free. We will be back.
Great food good price... even good to take to go would highly recommend
Amazing!! We did not realize what time it was and got there 5 minutes before closing. We got it to go out of respect for the employees and they were just the friendliest nicest people!! Will come back again not only for the food but the outstanding customer experience!!
