Food was overpriced, cold, and missing items. I don’t recommend them at all. Very unprofessional in their conduct when we complained. I guess they have so many customers they don’t think they have to worry when they mess up. I won’t go back to them again.
I had them cater Christmas Eve dinner. It was the worst experience I ever had with anyone. And after I contacted them and advised them of the numerous problems I didn’t even get so much as an apology. The food was cold, there was no relish tray, there was only about a pound of meat for 12 people to split! Terrible! I wrote more detail in my Yelp review and copied their response. I DO NOT recommend this place for their food and definitely not for the overblown prices they charge.
We had Dickies cater our wedding on 08.31.2019 and it was amazing! Our wedding was out on our family farm and Dickies did not hesitate to commit to our 180+ plus guest list! The food was amazing and hot! Plus who doesn’t love leftover BBQ? As a bride, there is a lot of worry about and I am thankful this was not item I had to be concerned with! Everything went perfect and the staff was great to work with!
Ordered almost $40 worth of food for delivery tonight. No dinner rolls came with our meal. No extra dinner roll that I paid for. We ordered 2 Caesar salads that came as regular salads with ranch. My grilled cheese with “two slices of Texas toast and savory, melted cheddar cheese” was actually just a slice of cheese slapped on a hamburger bun. And lastly, our meals from Dickeys BBQ Pit came with NO BBQ SAUCE. Super disappointed. Will not be repeat customers.
Walked in to friendly staff behind the counter. Super helpful since we hadn't been there before and not familiar with the routine. Good food.
Best BBQ in the Black Hills. I’d live there if they had a shower they’d let me use once in a while.
