I came in and ordered the beef brisket sandwich. Staff was slow to greet and me being an out-of-towner, I had a difficult time ordering. No help from staff. Once I got my sandwich home, I was very disappointed to find that there was no barbecue sauce. I understand that this is a small town but that doesn't mean you have to skimp on services
Most nights I would give it 4 stars, Every now & then 5 or 3. Last night it sucked so bad I wish I got my $50 back! First off every single thing was over cooked & dry.. Even the rolls! Then the soft serve was not working so my son was not happy. Top it off the printer didn't work so no receipt.
Please fix your online ordering system! Keeps defaulting to delivery and then can only select Morgan Hill location. Can't even see the menu to call in an order.

I enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich. The pork was juicy and with BBQ sauce it was yummy! I would definitely recommend Dickey's!!
Visiting for the first time & well let me just say I wasn't impressed.I was actually disappointed.The Brisket was bland & dry.
BBQ brisket is so delicious, ❤❤❤❤❤ Highly recommend.
