My husband went to pick up dinner tonight not a single employee was wearing a face mask, despite the current laws and ordinances regarding Covid-19. When my husband brought this up to one of the employees their response was "it's been a long day." That is not a valid excuse for defying a health ordinance. Also, the woman who appeared to be the manager was very clearly drunk!

I never leave reviews! I am old and this is, by far the worst food I've ever had.. $150 for 3 people.. The brisket is absolutely disgusting!! Pulled pork is gross! The chicken wings were the size of a cherry tomato.. It was so bad, I took photos.. The rolls were stale.. The sides are store bought.. Everything went in the garbage! One BBQ sauce was decent, but nothing was marked so not sure which one..First time in my life, I wanted a refund for something I ordered..
RecommendedI am out of state, but arranged for a large order for about 40 men in Kent, WA. Jenna was awesome to work with - very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was prepared on time and ready for pickup. The men thoroughly enjoyed the meal and cleaned their plates. My only regret is not ordering more food so they could have eaten to their hearts content! I'll know better for next time, but would certainly recommend working with Jenna.
We live 5 minutes from here and by the time I got home with our food it was cold! I even got to the store while they were preparing my food and grabbed it as soon as it was made.
Ordered online: Missing 12 sides and even some of the meats! Food cold, greasy, unappealing and bland after arriving 8 minutes late. Called manager for resolution, and she hung up on me! KENT location is HORRIBLE!!! We usually love Dickey's... not Kent location, though! Stay away!!!
