I don't appreciate being treated like a goddamn leper because I have a medical condition that I can't wear a mask. I go INSIDE because I can see what I'm getting and I can tell you which section I want. going through the drive thru is a crap shoot that rarely works out.
Every time I go to dickies my order gets messed up. I have to drive back and get it corrected. Even if I repeat the order several times to make sure that they get it correct it is messed up. Even if I check the food once they hand it to me it is not correct. And they are always short with me after I let them know there is an issue. I will never go back.
RecommendedGreat customer service by the 2 young ladies working. We had never been here before and they explained everything, told us their favs, and were very friendly! The food was very good! I would definately recommend this place!

Always first class. Food is the best in eastern Oregon and the people that work there are professional and very kind. I have never eat at a better place.
Dude with a ponytail had the best customer service I've had here smiled made it a good experience for us but the other people working didn't seem very happy.

Found a long human hair in the BBQ pulled pork. Will never eat there again. Spent more than $20 for poor-quality food (beans looked and tasted like canned pork and beans).
Best bbq we have had in a restaurant ever!! Our first visit but will definitely return. The food was great and service was also wonderful!! No waiting forever for your food! It is immediate and delicious!!
