The place is decorated great. The service and food is outstanding! We drive up to Dickey's from Hiawatha, KS!

I want to give a big shout to Rachel @Dickey's. She provided fantastic customer service during a busy Sunday afternoon lunch rush when our call-in order got mixed up. She was responsive, respectful, positive and represented her restaurant well! Kuddos!

i came in on 4/7/15 got 2 full rack of ribs first I asked if you had March Madness 15.00 racks sorry sir we don't do that at this store ok fine. I bought the ribbs and got Ribbs at home. I open the box an I could not believe what I saw. Ribbs were so dehydrated I was so disipoinyed in them they were the worse ribbs I ever had an still paid 43.00 I called back asked for a fresh rack sorry sir you will have to bring into the morning.....
