will never refer anyone to Dr Dickerson EVER again! His staff has horrible customer service and the worst part is, is that he stands behind it. They didn’t like that I wrote a bad yelp review from my experience that I had with them so the voided my 9yr old sons contract! Shame on you Dr Dickerson for not backing up what you say you deliver! We had a very unsettling experience with this orthodontist. After wearing braces for over two years, my child needs more treatment from other professionals to get the look that child desires. On top of that, after paying him thousands of dollars, we will have to continue treatment with another orthodontist since he was rude to us and refused to answer our questions. The cost of treatment was very high, and the results were poor. After wearing braces for over two years, I was told by another professional that my child will most likely need braces again due to a subpar outcome. I tried to resolve this issue with the doctor, and he treated me extremely unprofessionally. In fact, his conduct was downright rude. I have never been treated so poorly by a medical professional, which was not only shocking but a huge disappointment after paying him literally thousands of dollars.
After recently starting my 5th (and last!) child in braces with Dr. Dickerson, I felt it was time to let everyone know how awesome this practice is! I should have done this a long time ago! We have been seeing Dr. Dickerson for the past 9 years and their service, care and technology only continues to improve. I got braces here and This has got to be the worst place ever. The people working there are the most annoying you will ever find and when I go back away from the parents in the lobby the stupid women working on my are actually pretty mean. I was told i would only need braces for a year to a year and a half and it has been double that time and I still have at least 6 more month too go. What a gorgeous office and staff. You are warmly welcomed, and I receive a free gift..just for visiting! I'm an adult that has 2 bookcased teeth on my upper part of my mouth. Nothing major, so I didn't think it would be to costly. Boy was I wrong!! I was quoted $7180 for the complete services of Damon System braces...which is what they "push" to sell you. I was a patient a few years ago, and I loved the office staff, Dr. Dickerson, and everything they had to offer. This is a very kid-friendly office, and his staff knew my name. Dr. Dickerson himself would spend atleast 5-10 minutes with me every time I was in, which I thought was impressive. I would HIGHLY recommend this staff!!!!
Mixed review here. Excellent customer service. Beautiful facility. Buuuuuuut, High pressure sell for services. Second opinions told us that we could certainly have waited for procedures to be done.
