The Dickerhoof team is professional, reasonable and extremely hard working. The properties they involve themselves in are “long term holds” (instead of merchant developers that develop and sell). Accordingly, they pay special attention to things in the project so it does well long term and they also have an eye for detail to make it special, while keeping the costs down.
