Paid $2300 dollars to have a leak in our roof repaired in October 2021. Told Mike that we would not know for sure whether the issue was fixed because it was getting cold and close to winter. Contacted Mike in February of 2022 and told him we still have the same leak in the same spot. He has done nothing but give us the run around. More damage has been done now because of this. I have no doubt that Mike’s work is excellent—one of my employees said he was able to successfully fix a leak no one else could. The problem is I can’t get him to actually show up when he says he will. I have called on a couple separate occasions and both times it has been a no show. Very inconvenient when you work or run a business. UPDATE: Mike came and repaired my roof. He is very thorough. Took time to coordinate schedules but he did get back in touch with me.
