If I could give more stars I would, after calling 5 different property managers (off various apps like Zillow etc) with not a single call returned or an email back, I finally decided I needed to turn to a realtor. I've always had extremely postive experiences with Patrick West. He's a no BS kind of realtor. He's not just going to tell you want you want to hear. I really appreciated this about him. He sold our condo in C'Ville and then helped us purchase our dream home in Gilberts. The home in Gilberts was owned by a bank.
