After scheduling on a Friday for a Monday. I arrived and the shop was closed. Calling seemed to take me straight to the owners personal cell phone which was turned off. Straight to voicemail. I took the day off of work to be here so they could be available and I was basically no call no showed by the owner. Had my wife drive her car (VW BEETLE) here to see if they have a locking lug nut key for her beetle as the previous owner replaced it! There are many kinds that may fit and they tried multiple kinds and even went so far to try and weld a makeshift way to remove it but couldn't get it to budge. They then called up the dealership and used their business discount to order the part for my wife so she can save some money. They also would not let her pay them for their time.
