RecommendedEspecially enjoyed working with my salesperson, Maurice. And the Finance Manager didn’t pressure sell any add one. Only complaint is that masks were not worn by all and those who wore masks didn’t always cover their nose.

This dealership gets 1 star because you can't give them negative numbers. They push their warranty to get you to buy a car, but don't honor it when the time comes. Their service department and manager are a joke. Walk the halls of the service center and see all the banners from service awards in 2011. Apparently they had great service. Buyer beware that's a thing of the past.
I had my wifes vehicle a 2002 Hyundai SantaFe's whole Air conditioning system replaced 7 months ago. This included the compressor, dryer, condenser. The air stopped working already so I brought it to DickSmith Dealership. They said a fan was needed replaced first before they would fix the condenser and possibly anythng else that needed replaced. They said this fan would cost me $2,000 so I brought it to my mechanic and it cost me $405. Obviously that is the first sign of them wanting to take advantage of their customers. I b... read more
