Possibly the worst service team and customer service I have ever experienced, ANYWHERE. 1 star only because you cannot leave a zero. This service department is skilled in gaslighting, avoidance, and denial. Recall for QX50 engine but refusal to honor warranty even though vehicle was brought in several times for same conern only to be rebuffed. "Cannot corroborate your concerns" We find nothing wrong. 41,000 miles, engine blown, worthless car. DO NOT BUY or take your car here for service.
As has been the case throughout the years, Chris Fisher provided exceptional service on Thursday. I purchased my first Infiniti in 2014, and he is one of the primary reasons that I passed that one on to my wife to drive and I purchased a new QX60 in 2019. My buying experience for a 2025 Infiniti QX60 Autograph at Dick Smith Infiniti was nothing short of impressive. Juan Orbe was our salesman and provided an out the door price as I requested. There were no tricks involved in his pricing. I shopped his deal to two other Infiniti dealerships. Our local dealership said they could not meet or beat the price, and did not understand how they got to that number, and that we should buy it from them if indeed that quote was legitimate.
