Service department is bordering on completely incompetent. In response to a complaint with the BBB. This is a quote from Chris Fisher, Service "Manager": "Multipoint inspections performed during previous visits are limited to visual checks of items such as brakes, tires, fluids, and suspension components. They are not designed to detect engine conditions" That is NOT what their MPI service records claim. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!
