Zero stars. Purchased used car with tons of issues. Salesguy said they do a 72 point inspection and immediately had $3,500 in repair work. Finally, they agreed to fix the interior seat and headliner but now will not agree to fix the headliner.
Bill Stamper did a great job with communication throughout the process of buying my previously owned vehicle. He shows professionalism and respect to his customers. I’d buy a vehicle from Bill again.
Now I know why the salesman only had like six seven fingers someone cut the other ones off for ripping people off wish there was a way to give zero Stars
I was dealing with a dude named Richard and he really lived up to that name. I have dealt with many slimy/condescending used car salesmen in my life but these guys were the worst! I wouldn't buy a bucket of water from them if I was on fire!
Jerry in used cars is a very nice man who will treat you with the respect you deserve. And we didn't even get a car but he did all he could without being the typical pushy used car salesman. Thank you Jerry maybe next time.
