Great experience purchasing new and getting the break-in service with this dealership.
Can't say enough good things about this dealer. I have fair credit and they made it happen and got me the exact bike I wanted. They even got me an amazing deal that I could actually afford. I honestly didn't think they would be able to meet all the terms I needed them to meet but they got it done.

Today I had the worst experience ever at any motorcycle dealer. Dick Scott Powersports in Livonia Michigan. I will never return, nor buy another Triumph (I've owned 6 in the last 5 years.) My 2024 Tiger 900 GT has just over 9500 miles, all road. About a month ago, at about 9200 miles, I discovered a leaking left fork seal. So I brought i to my local dealer (Dick Scott Powersports in Livonia, Michigan) for repair. They recommended that I have the seal on the right fork leg replaced as well. I paid for both, almost $700.
