Great selection, excellent staff, and Steve Liebeck made the whole experience even better. Purchased a 2025 Triumph Rocket 3 Storm R from him in October. It is always a pleasure to visit the store whether browsing or buying.

after their whole DEI remove your HD badge nonsense, I'd not go here. The parts guy, Malcom, while nice, doesn't know anything about Triumph bikes, and ordered a lot of the wrong parts for a project. When my bike I ordered, BRAND NEW, mind you, was delivered, the seal around the gas tank was not installed correctly. When in for the 600 mile check up, this was missed, even though I POINTED IT OUT, and not corrected. They also failed to adjust the clutch levers at all, as requested.
