Called Friday asked if they could mount and balance a tire if I bought just the rim in they said sure may be able to get it done while you wait or drop it off and pick it up a little later that was fine because I had somebody coming to buy the bike at 4:00 p.m. I dropped it off at 10:30 a.m. right when they open I finally called at 3:00 p.m. they said oh you're not getting it back till Monday why the hell did you tell me you were going to get it done the same day already overcharging $60 to amount of tire other local shops o... read more

If you're just a little thinking of an Indian this is the place to go the selection is like none other than I've seen staff very helpful I talked mostly to Jacob mauney. A very helpful young man. tc power sports of Michigan center Ziegler of Kalamazoo and fox of Grand rapids I will tell you as far as Indians don't waste your time with them make the drive to Livonia you won't be disappointed.

Amazing buying experience at Dick Scott, Steve L. provided exceptional customer service. Friendly but not pushy, while answering any questions I had at the same time. Rule #1 for sales - know your product and Steve was able to answer any questions I had. The entire DSFP team made the shopping and buying experience fantastic.
