Ok, I go in last week for a standard oil change, nothing special. It wasn't my first time at Dick's and it won't be my last. They've always been really good to me, explained what's going on with my car (in terms I can understand) and treated me like a priority. The whole staff including the recently recruited, Joe McGrath, is super friendly and always good for a few laughs along with surprisingly intelligent conversation. Not only do I trust them but they have the best Apple Crisp in town!
