At Dick Russell's we are famous for our BBQ, however our number one selling item is our Old Fashioned Cheeseburger. We grind the meat in house and add our own special flavorings. We also have fresh local seafood battered as you order it and in house cut Black Angus ribeyes. Dick Russell's also opens early at 6:00 am every morning so that we can serve really thick bacon with a country style breakfast.

Traveling through Alabama we wanted something local, something southern. This was exactly what we got. Locals referred us to this great little bbq joint. When we pulled in we thought oh. But we are glad we stayed. There were so many cars for such a small building we thought it has to be good. The food was great. We had lunch. I had bbq shredded pork, mashed potatoes and bbq beans. Russells Barbecue has some of the best barbecue I have ever had in my life, the flavor of the sauce is outstanding, and they also have great seafood and steaks.
