Recently bought a Used 2019 Dodge Ram. The sales manager promised the truck would be ready and in good conditions according to the dealership certification and car fax. The truck was given to me with worn tires, broken rear side mirrors and old battery. I have taken the truck twice for service the past month and they want to charge an arm and a leg for everything. Also, the customer service is awful. No car available when your vehicle is being repaired. Be ware of buying cars and trucks from this guys.

bought a used car and said they would put it though services before i drove it but it still has trans issues even though they said they fixed it, low on oil, and coolant wasnt refilled either.
Trade in assessment and monies given for my vehicle trade in was unacceptable (2016 Dodge Challenger RT Plus). I was give $17k for trade in and was told REPAIRED hail damage (vehicle still looks new) and value would not be raised any higher. I looked on the internet sales site and see my vehicle being sold for $24995; $8k above trade in, ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Definitely Dick Poe does not have much respect for return customers and when I trade in my pick up truck in several years from now I will go elsewhere. Totally disappoint... read more
