I purchased a used Ford on 1/20/204 from **** ***** because it was a Ford dealership and was told the vehicle went through a 100+ point inspection. Unfortunately on the first warm day, less than 45 days from purchase, I went to use the AC and it did not work. I contacted the dealership and they scheduled me to drop off my vehicle to take a look. Terrible business. I have not seen my vehicle for 2 1/2 months. They wrecked my vehicle rendering it undrivable and took 10 days to tell me this. That was on September 10 and they record on September 1. Had to deal with attorneys and insurance, and I was out of town when they wrecked my vehicle. They have not provided any substitute vehicle and it is a work van that has impacted my ability to work. They won’t even return my calls or texts now. I wish I did not have to give this company one star but NO stars. I have brought my car in for service over seven times for the same issue and I am not over exaggerating. The worst dealership service I have ever experienced. Please do not buy or get your car serviced there.

Do not buy a car from here or have your car serviced here!! They have had my car for a month now under warranty and will now and will not get my loaner car as stated. Transmission went out at 53000 miles. They don’t do what they say they will do. Won’t even call u back when they say they will. We bought 13 cars from them in the last year and a half. Very disappointed!!

(THIS RATING IS ACTUALLY A ZERO NOT A ONE)Took my car in for another oil change and this time THEY DAMAGED MY HOOD. I showed the damage to staff and EVERYONE insists "it could not have happened here". It absolutely did! My hood closed flushed prior to this oil change and now it doesn't. Spoke to service **** ***** who meets me at the body shop for them to take a look at it and what do you think was said there, "Ohhh that couldn't not have happened here". This business charges over sticker price for new cars. If you don't have a trade in, according to their sales people, the manager charges $2,000 over sticker price. This is a poor way to increase profit by gouging customers because inventory is low.
