RecommendedI am so very happy and pleased with the help and work all the staff did to get my 2020 Jeep fixed and looking like new after a deer incident. Cory Routheaux went out of his way to communicate with me and my insurance adjustor/company to expedite handling of claim to get parts ordered and repairs implimented as quickly as possible. I just came back from Dick Huvaere Richmond auto body shop. I want to let everyone know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that the staff provided to me. The staff was kind, compassionate and went out of their way to help me. The employees that I interacted with Darlene, Karen, Coty and Jan all seemed genuinely interested in helping me. I've never had service like this before... it was jaw-dropping. I look forward to seeing them again when I pick up my vehicle!! Thank you all!!
Must be a busy place, 8 days now and still my car is not finished. Was told they would try to get my car done on Friday, now im being told Tuesday possibly Wednesday. I called on Thursday and they said it would be painted on Friday would be ready Monday. Asked if they can have my car ready asap, due to the fact I am moving. The also dont offer help with a rental.
