We are so glad to have Dusty as our service technician with Ace Hardware home services. We have several properties that she works on and we have fuel oil furnaces at each one. She is so knowledgeable and does such a thorough job when she comes to service them. She troubleshoot if there’s a problem and fixes the issue for us, we just couldn’t be happier with her and we trust Dusty to take care of all of our Furnace and Air Conditioning needs.

Gavin was very friendly and professional. He provided information that our furnace was aging and bearings were going out. We will need to replace or get a new furnace before to long. Thank him for being honest!
