RecommendedI was so impressed with the updates I got as my car was worked on, it was clean when it picked it up and the whole experience was so easy for me. I would highly recommend them!
Received inaccurate information over the phone. Poor customer service once we arrived. Witnessed a conversation between two employees that made it clear they are about speed and using the cheapest parts available rather than being concerned with quality repair. Our conversation with an employee (when they finally got around to helping us for our appointment) simply reinforced that. They will not be repairing my vehicle, and I would never encourage anyone to go there.
All folks who helped us (Chris, Darin & Jimmy) were professional and efficient. Plus, they regularly called and texted us with updates. Thanks to Dick Hannah Longview!
They got my 4 runner done a day early. Everyone was very professional and nice.
They kept put the day we could pick up my Moms car further and further back. Finding this or that other little thing to milk the insurance as hard as they can. My dad has Parkisons and my Mom and brother have other medical issues that require a lot of cardiologist apts in Portland. They weren't offered any help as far as a rental or even info on how to get that through insurance. Every time she set up with her kids to pick up the car they then said, No its not ready. What a positive experience! Girdt rear ender in 36 years! Everyone here was very kind and fixed my car by the time they said they would! With text everyday I was kept updated on my car! When it was ready they washed vacuumed & detailed it!!! Thank you so much!!!
