Received inaccurate information over the phone. Poor customer service once we arrived. Witnessed a conversation between two employees that made it clear they are about speed and using the cheapest parts available rather than being concerned with quality repair. Our conversation with an employee (when they finally got around to helping us for our appointment) simply reinforced that. They will not be repairing my vehicle, and I would never encourage anyone to go there.
