A very satisfied customer! I would rate this business a perfect 10!! I recently was involved in a rear-end collision in my new Honda Fit, and the back end was pushed up to the backseat! Dick Hannah Volkswagon I would not wish that dealership on any one. They LIED and deceived everthing they did and got me to purchase the car of my dreams and then took it back from me too days later after I had already smogged it and personalized it. Dick Hannah Honda new 2007 CRV purchase I think Dick Hannah Honda was deceptive. They promised me an additional 100K Mile warranty with price of the car. The kept making mistakes on the contract & it took 8 hours to conclude the deal, they even turned the lights out (they were closing) & I didn't see they were charging me an additional $2300 for the service contract. Sales - Dick Hannah Ford Never again. I bought a used car from them and had nothing but problems with the entire transaction. They promised a copy of the check list that showed their mechanic had inspected the car. Never got it. The next day I went out to leave work and the car would not start. It took 5 hours to get someone to fix it. They expected ME to pay for the tow from Portland to fix it. stay away Purchasing the car or truck isnât the problem, the problem is after. Everyone is rude, and incompetent. They couldnât even put on the licenses plates correctly.
I had a great experience at Dick Hannah There are no complaints from me. I guess people are more inclined to post bad comments instead of good... surprising?..lol : ) To tell you the truth, I bought my Honda car and get serviced at Dick Hannah and I get nothing short of excellent service. Terrible Customer Service Buying the car was the easy part. Trying to get service is a disaster. You always get the recording that they are experiencing high call volume. Was told by 2 different reps that customer service manager would call me back shortly. # hours no call when I called back snotty chic tells me how busy they are are I should get a call by the end of the day.
