Left a leaking quart of differential fluid in the trunk. the door that was repaired does not line up with the front door. I recent had some rear damage to my VW repaired at DICK HANNA Collision Center. I am happy say that from the estimate date, to the pick up date. The service staff at this repair center were so considerate to my needs of a factory certified repair, to even my rental car requirements. I was hit by a moving truck a couple of weeks ago and my Jeep Commander suffered minor damages. The people that hit me had no insurance and were the most disrespectful jerks ever. I just wanted to get my car fixed and back to normal. Working with my insurance, I received a call from Dick Hannah Collision Center immediately to set up an appointment to get my damages repaired. Dick Hannah Collision Center did SUCH a good job on my car. In fact, theyve repaired my car 3 times in the last 2 years (bad luck for me, good for them). Each time they did a perfect job, and my car still looks brand spankin new! Not only do they do good work, but they are very friendly and go above and beyond to help you out.
The Dick Hanna Jeep collision center has twice fixed my 2005 Grand Cherokee and the service was excellent. The personnel were really kind and understanding and gave me great service.The Jeep was fixed to perfection and when I took it out on the road I was impressed by how well it handled. Yes Id take my Jeep back there again IF I had too. Hopefully that will not be the case. Thanks for the great service!! There were also no insurance hassles they took care of it all!
I have had a very unfortunate experience with Dick Hannah Collision Center. The first time my car was in the shop, they took 35 days to fix the front and rear of the vehicle. They stated that the repair took so long because they were waiting for a part, and everything else was ready. When I picked it up, there were 3 parts in the front that STILL needed to be replaced! Hitting a deer on Christmas Eve took quite a toll on our Avalon! This was our first collision experience and were advised to go to Dick Hannah Collision Center. We were impressed with the professionalism of all of the staff. Steve Kohler was thorough in his handling of the damage estimate, working with our insurance company and keeping us informed. The technicians using all Toyota parts restored our car to "new" condition. We couldnt be more pleased! Thank you Dick Hannah Collision Center. We will try to stay away from deer.
Accolades to Hannah Collision Center! Unfortunately, I have visited them three times for 'rear-end' repairs. Twice with a Honda Accord and the last time for a Chevy Suburban, now I know that one was big enough to see. There was no discrimination at all; the Suburban was handled with the same respect and expertise as the Honda. Conclusion, if you are unfortunate enough to need auto repair take it to Dick Hannah those guys are great.
