I was more than a little surprised at how well I was treated at Dick Hannah Kia on June 30. Armed with as much information as I could, I entered the lot and met my salesman, Mark Goff. As much as I dreaded this experience, I have to say the next few hours were far more pleasant than I expected. I went to the Auto Mall in Vancouver, since I figured I could check out all the different brands and in one place. I met Steve Davis at Dick Hannah Kia, and he helped me look at all of the choices. Steve made it very easy, he really wanted to be sure I found the SUV that was the best one for me. My Husband and I have purchased 6 vehicles from the Kia Service Team of Steve, Mike, and John in the last 24 months. I have my salesman Steve on speed dial if I need anything. We also need to include Joe, Barry and Brett. Saturday, June 17, 2012 we purchased 3 of those 6 vehicles. I love this place, the people are very nice and have a lot of patience. I enjoy so much working with Jose Ramirez. He is helpful and such a nice person. We have bought 2 vehicles from Jose so far. Dave Wakeman was excellent in his service, knowledge, and education of our new purchase of a Kia Sorento. He spent an enormous amount of time helping us to know our vehicle before we left the show room. Dave is knowledgeable about the models and understands that it is a major purchase.
