Went in to get a replacement recall part. They wanted to keep my car for 3 days so they could look the whole car over to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. Instead of hust replace the recall part.

I took my 2019 Mercedes to the Dick Dyer Mercedes service department after paying $3100 for services I drove off with a broken wiper blade in rear and side swiped doornob. It took three to get my wiper blade fix and after getting in a heated useless argument with the service manager about damaging my vehicle. A third party painter did a deplorable job on my doornob.
