This was the second time I've used this florist. Really nice flowers and promptly delivered in good condition!
I ordered flowers on a Friday morning for a Saturday morning delivery before noon that I paided extra money for the faster shipping and here we are 4 days later still don’t have flowers I called they said they came to the house Saturday but I have door bell cameras and I was home all day and no one ever showed up. Worse customer service I have ever had the lady on the phone was so ignored
Ordered flowers for my sister who was in St. Elizabeth’s. Ordered them on a Monday, they were delivered the same day, which I thought was great! She was released from the hospital on Wednesday. Picked her up with so many beautiful arrangements, and then there was the one I ordered. Completely dead, crumpled up dried roses and lilies. I’ve bought flowers from aldi that held up for weeks, I figured flowers from a florist would be amazing. 114.00 dollars for a mediocre at best arrangement.
