Fantastic office staff, wonderful care and really appreciate the way they check out your insurance and explain it very well. Very very much recommend this place.
Not recommended
Currently in a nightmare of treatment with this provider. Quotes given after in treatment have been more than double what estimates were for both myself and my daughter. Have paid several thousand over what was agreed upon and was told originally that I “have great insurance” and could pay my full price upfront, which I did. I have had two children successfully complete orthodontic treatment with DiCiccio Freeman, and a third who is currently in treatment. For many years, I have consistently given the practice five-star reviews. However, my experience during this third course of treatment has been notably different.
