I had an absolutely horrible experience with Dici Cleaning. I needed a move out cleaning for my rental home and scheduled the cleaning about a week in advance. The manager asked me how big the house was and estimated me an "absolute maximum" of 4 hours. Come cleaning day, I was working and when I came home it was about 4 hours past the scheduled cleaning time and clearly no one had been at the house at all.
