Terrible customer service and wiring instructions. I was living in CA and found a house in RI. Had to wire money to DiBiase to put house under contract. My husband and I called their office on separate occasions to confirm the wire number and Kimberly refused to confirm the info. She was extremely rude. All we wanted was to make sure the wire number we got via email did in fact correspond to DiBiase because scammers sometimes intercept emails and change the wire number to their own account.
