Sooooo good!
Very patient with us as well as accommodating with our order. Food is as expected and good! My daughter had tripped on the curb coming in and scraped her knee. The wonderful staff got her a bag of ice with a towel to help out. In a world full of people who show no compassion, this was amazing and I was grateful! Thank you to the staff at dibellas!
Thursday 2/12 a little after 7pm. Seems like an employee free-for-all here. I went up to place an order and the young lady at the register was facing away from the register on her phone. I had to call out multiple times until she heard me, as she had in an airpod or some sort of earbuds in her ear. when i finally got her attention she came over to take my order and seemed irritated that I interrupted whatever she was doing on her phone.
