Mind blown by our experience tonight. We ordered two large subs. One had barely anything on it for $17 and was all bread (pic), the other was loaded with oil when we didn’t order oil on it. I immediately took them back in and the manager goes “oh, you didn’t order oil” after looking at my receipt, as if I was lying about it. He didn’t offer to remake them so I told them I didn’t want them (nothing had been eaten) and I asked for a refund. He told me that it would be back on my card in 3-5 days. This place is Super Clean, all of the employees seem like they enjoy the environment. That's 1/2 the battle nowadays. This company is legit
Fabulous place! Delicious, nutritious food at low prices. A clean, neat store. Plenty of seating and free parking. Short wait times. Friendly, hospitable, kind employees. Conveniently located on Bridge Street in East Syracuse. Highly recommended!
