Ordered the cheese steak, it was awful. Couldn't event finish it. Negative flavor and gross. Two stars because my wife liked her tuna sub. $16 down the drain.
I love Dibella's food. I dont think ive ever had a bad sub from here. I always stop here for a sandwich whether im in Syracuse or passing through. Their hot and cold subs are both excellent. I wish they would open a shop in Massachusetts
We waited in the designation curbside spot for 15 minutes after checking in before we went inside to check on our food. When we got inside the food was just sitting on the countertop. After we brought the food out to the car we realized it was the incorrect order and we had to go back inside and wait for them to remake it. After bringing it back out the car again we realized they had forgot our chips. We were frustrated and this point and just left without them. The food was average but the service was unsatisfactory.
The East Syracuse location is always fresh and made to order. Staff is always friendly and polite.
